What's the purpose of the -3 CHA on it? Is it to avoid Divine builds using it? It's a strange design choice for two reasons. Negative Energy Protection potions can protect your character from the CHA penalty even after its effects run off as long as you don't unequip the armor, and there's several other +4 Full Plate armors with no CHA penalty which some Divine builds have access to if they have levels in Divine Champion, Cavalier, and Earthkin Defender. I don't quite follow the logic.

NEP should no longer prevent negative stats on equipment from affecting characters. Do give it a try on PGCC to let us know if the script is working.
