Drow Weapon Proficiency whip gone

The racial weapon proficiency whips for drow has vanished...
Steps to reproduce
Did a relevel to fix a few skill points, attempted to weapon of choice it and noticed whip was missing.
Expected result
Can I/We have the feat back? >.> Please?
