Clerics vs Wizards: The Casting System

Components exist for mages for their casting. Meanwhile, a cleric of Garagos or Mystra is capable of gradually regenerating their piety far faster than casting consumes it.

Bring all classes to level par either by giving clerics an equal and opposite sacrificial consumable (perhaps change piety for prayers, placeable in prayer tomes that work like the spell pouches); or by entirely revoking the component system.
