Weather patterns follow pre-time change calendar

It is currently summer, but snowfall is also at its highest. The current date is 4th day of 6th month. The pre-time-change date as still referenced by the compass clock is 4th day of 1st month.
An update was recently made, repairing a glitch with year and month numbers. The game now displays the correct date with -date command, and in letter signatures. However the weather is apparently still referenced to the pre-time change date.
