Property in Guildhouse not getting released over time

Description of Bug Experienced:
Property inside a guildhouse not released over time. Area is "Cordor Navy (Flagship) Below Deck", the property that is not being released is right now called "Captain's Cabin".
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Wait for a property to be released.
Expected Result:
Property becoming up for sale.
Actual Result:
Property still rented.

It is not a game breaking issue and I am not 100% sure if it's a bug, but I'm quite sure the owner hasn't been around for some time (as he had also the Guildhouse and that was released correctly some time ago already).
