Alot of housing in Treadstone has a shared fixture limit with their neighbors, worth looking into upping the limit for housing in the area, there's atleast one instance of 3-4 house 'areas' sharing a 60 fixture limit.

Bump! I can confirm this is an issue. Got a place without checking the fixture limit first. Of course its 60/60 with only 6 fixtures in the quarter.

Bumping this. I just bought a house in Treadstone, I was able to put 2 items down before hitting the fixture limit. It looks like several of the "large" houses in Treadstone all share the same map with a combined limit of 60 fixtures. They should probably be around ~60 fixture each if it is at all possible.
