Build an EarthkinDefender, fight until a godsave happens.

Benefit from DR corresponding to EarthkinDefender Level.

Just for some clarification on my own interpretation here, did you die and get a godsave resulting in the effects being removed?

If so, that is intended, but is probably something that should activate the timer for stance removal automatically. Did it do this?

There is an update for EKD stance coming that fixes a few things and makes some QoL adjustments, if it did not start the timer I'll see what can be done.

I think they're talking about the passive DR EKD gets from just being EKD (i.e. Earthkin Resilience).

I'll have a look at the level based DR from Resilience, that specifically should NOT be dropping off to my knowledge.

Looked it into, while frustrating, re-equipping an item will give the DR from Resilience back.
Given that all effects are removed on death this is the least intensive way to re-apply a buff such as this, given the multi-tude of similarly applied passives that is.

Thanks. I confess I was kinda hoping there'd be a way to fix this without an equipment switch, as the difficulty of staying alive after a godsave requires already quite a good deal of re-buffing and the wits to do it in the right order (should I say reflexes xD ?). But the class being quite tanky, I think it's quite fair to deal with a no-godsave or die when facing the worst ennemies of the game in any case

I am now looking at ways to re-apply relevant class passives on death as I was pointed to some interesting things, courtesy of Kalopsia. Soon (TM).
