Description of Bug Experienced:
Deep Imaskari can do writs in Cordor, Skal and Sibayad. Deep Imaskari cannot do writs in Guldorand.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Be Deep Imaskari
Try to take writs in Guldorand
"I do not do business with your kind."

Expected Result:
Being able to take writs.

Actual Result:
Cannot take writs.

Additional Information/Notes

Bumping this up.
Guldorand, Westcliff, Cordor, and Crow's Nest writ agents don't offer writs to DI.
Not sure if this is intentional.
