Mind fog. /Sleep invocation

Okay I noticed that when I lowered the will save with mind fog of a target it works against spells/effects normally but NOT for the sleep effect from invocation blast of a night hag. The spell clearly indicated that it lowers will saves vs. Mind affecting spells and effects. Is not sleep a mind affecting effect ? The save a target does is " Will save vs Evil. " . Thank you guys.
