Shanty Guy -"You think you're better than me, don't ya"

So, this guy spouts this out several times a minute on some occasions. Sometimes - he'll respond four times in the time it takes for the person I'm speaking with in the Shanty responds to whatever I said. (the person usually isn't a slow typer - either) It's gotten to the point where I avoid the place completely unless someone asks to speak with me inside. I don't know if this annoys anyone else - but I do notice that there isn't a lot of traffic in the building. I think it could easily be as big of a hangout spot as the Nomad if it wasn't for. . ." You think you're better than me, don't ya'." every ten seconds.
Now - sometimes he doesn't say it as frequently as other times (at least I "think" he doesn't) - but I try to avoid this place because it's just. . . over and over and it's very distracting.
Now, I'm not saying that it's not something to keep. This guy works at a place called the "Slanty Shanty" and probably makes little to nothing. He's dirt poor, and works in a run down Tavern. So yeah, adventurers with millions of gold coming in and buying enough food to last them for a year may make him feel quite low on himself.
