Prisoner Ships Below Deck Bugged

Description of Bug Experienced:
The last two Prisoner Ships that I've crippled and boarded have had this issue. The door to head below deck will only open and close when activating. You can't actually use it transition below deck.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Cripple and board a Prisoner Ship. Open the Below Deck Door. Try to transition. There is no option.
Expected Result:
When you open the door, you should get the option to transition below deck.
Actual Result:
When you open the door, you cannot transition below deck. You can only close the door.
