Bug Report: Two vessels making landfall at same location hindering one group's access

Hello! We were located in the Origin Quadrant, visiting a Sandbank when on trying to return, our ship (The HMS Leviathan)'s skiff was not there and instead it was the Oogooboogoo Raft.
This happened approximately 1700 hrs EST, Nov 29th, 2021

Addendum:
On examination it looks like it was bringing us to the wrong bank.

Land Location still use legacy code from the old system, its on my Todo to change that. I wont do any quickfix for this as I really cant find any issue in the code itself, its just a convoluted way to set it up with areas that is likely the issue. Will close for now but expect a fix in the near future where I rework it entirely. Thanks for reporting!
