Divine Might Damage Capped at 20

When casting Divine Might as a character with a +14 Modifier in CHA while wielding a two-handed weapon, the resulting divine damage added is 20 instead of 21.

Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
  • Have a character with Divine Might with a +14 or more CHA mod.
  • Wield a 2-H Weapon.
  • Cast Divine Might.
  • Hit something.
Expected result
-----------------------

21 Damage.

Actual result
-------------------

20 Damage.

I've already fixed that. You get the remaining amount as piercing damage. Since it's a damage increase effect the damage type itself makes no difference :)
