Loremaster - Scroll Mastery creates seprate stack

Description
==========
When a scroll (I've noticed it doesn't happen on all scrolls but I couldn't find a pattern) is preserved via mastery, it doesn't go back to the main stack and it goes to a separate slot in the inventory. The scroll can't be merged with the main stack after.
Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
Use scroll as a Loremaster and get the mastery proc to preserve the scroll.
Expected result
-----------------------
Preserved scroll goes back to the main stack
Actual result
-------------------
It creates a separate stack
Screenshot(s)
None
Misc notes:
Some stacks work as intended, some do not.

I'll take a look while I'm working on a few other small things.

I am unable to replicate this, can someone provide me a list of scrolls this is happening for so I can see what's going on?
Also what your class combo is with Loremaster.

I am a Shaman / Loremaster.
I've had it happen with recently:
Cure Light Wounds
Cure Moderate Wounds
Cure Serious Wounds
Cure Critical Wounds
Mage Armor
Aid
Bless
Bull's Strength
Endurance (Turns into Bear's Endurance)
Eagle's Splendor
Remove Curse
I think it depends more on what scroll is being used, and where it is found. I currently have 4 different stacks of Mage Armor Scrolls. Vendors give different scrolls then looted ones (I think even different vendors have different versions), the Scroll Cases can spit out different versions, and Loremaster spits out a different Version.
So if the scroll you are using is the 'same version' as the one that it spits back out, you are fine. The problem is that there are so many sources for scrolls, and not all of them are getting updated.

It's because scrolls keep getting changed to accommodate the new custom classes, or they're loot/crafted/old versions. The easy fix is to suck them all up into a scroll case and dump them back out, so they're all the newest version. I dunno how to even start going about cleaning up the ones in the loot/bookshelf system.

That was fast.
I'm not really sure what is up with the multiple versions, but I'm going to implement a tag copy so atleast they should stack with their own sort.
If they're in the loot matrix then that's probably it, they need updating inside that and I do not envy the person who has that job.

Yes, this is it, problem is there's so many sources outdated.
The Guy in the Mercantile sells Mage Armor Scrolls that are "Bard, Wizard, Sorcerer" only. Somewhere else recently gave me a "Bard, Hex, Sorcerer, Warlock, Wizard". The Scroll case Spits out "Bard, Hex, Sorcerer, Spellblade, Warlock, Wizard" .
Looks like Loremaster is now giving the proper "Bard Hex, Sorc. Spellblade, Warlock, Wizard", but doesn't always seem the case.

I don't know if this will help narrow down some scroll issues with Loremaster, but I've noticed this happening with scribed scrolls, regardless of being read by a Fighter/LM or Wis/LM.;
Someone scribes a scroll.
Scribed scroll gets used and saved by the Loremaster.
New scroll is created with a different stack.

I have been informed and confirmed this appears to be a case of old scrolls being updated to new ones to include new classes/changes.
