Inspire Courage not appearing on radial after acquiring 3rd Oath of Preserverance

Whilst Inspire Courage appears as a feat on my character sheet, it doesn't seem to appear anywhere on the radials to activate it
Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
Make a level 26 paladin with Oath of Preserverance
Expected result
-----------------------
Inspire Courage to appear as a radial command to be able to use
Actual result
-------------------
I can find no way to activate Inspire Courage despite it being listed as a feat on my character sheet and after leveling, resting & relogging.
