Went to go and make 4 adamantine ingots. All rolls were successful in processing and completing the ingots, however when pulling the items out. It only gave 3 total bars.
It is likely that the template items stacked with one another. I've experienced it several times.
One tip on crafting. When you're making more than one of rare items, always check the inventory after succeeding every roll of template creation. Check if they are stacked, and if they are, you can split them.
