Sprint Lost upon relevel

When releveling the Sprint feat was/is lost.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
-relevel
Expected Result:
Relevel as normal
Actual Result:
Lose the feat Sprint
Additional Information/Notes
I was able to use -relevel to fix the sprint feat not being given in the past on a different character. Relogging nor releveling a second time on the one who lost it did not restore it.
