Epic Oath of Perseverance not giving Inspire Courage

u]Description of Bug Experienced:[/u]
When reaching level 26 as a paladin with the oath of perseverance you don't get the ability to Inspire courage.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Reach level 26
Expected Result:
Gain Inspire Courage as a paladin
Actual Result:
No inspire courage

Additional Information/Notes
I checked the radial menu under special abilities paladin, assign special attacks, and spells with no luck. Releveling nor relogging grant the ability. As far as I'm aware the rest of the abilities gained from Epic Oath Perseverance work fine.
