Shaman feats - craft wand, SF Abju

I logged in on my svirneblin shaman and while doing the leveling up I noticed:
I dont get the craft wand feat at lvl6. Checking the feat list, I see three spell foci: abjuration, conjuration and illusion at lvl2. I tinkered around a little more and it got abit weird. xD
Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
relevel svirneblin shaman up to lvl6
01: Spell Focus Conjuration
03: Greater Spell Focus Conjuration
06: Extend Spell, [Craft Wand]
Expected result
-----------------------
get Craft Wand for free!
Actual result
-------------------
1. dont get craft wand
2. find spell foci: abjuration in feat list, sf: abj persists after another -relevel and relog
3. unable to select craft wand from the feat list
4. able to take spell foci: abjuration on levelup while its in the featlist already!
5. unable to take greater spell foci abjuration
