New player friend has 8k skill points at level 8

They don't have a forum account yet, which is why I'm doing the reporting for them.
We're having them just... not level up for now until this is fixed for obvious reasons. I'm not sure I have to say anything more than just posting the screenshot, since it has the bug and their character name.
