Description of Bug Experienced:
While running on horseback without weapon equipped, I receive a -15 AB malus. When transitioning between servers that malus becomes permanent and stacks when you unequip your weapons.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
On horseback, the -15 AB malus applies while running even without a ranged weapon.

Expected Result:
No malus ever.

Actual Result:
-15 malus on horseback that becomes permanent on server transition, and apparently stacks ontop of itself??

I wasn't hitting no bullywugs with -10 AB

Confirmed Malus on horseback without weapons while running. It does not normally become permanent; I am hesitant to try crossing servers and breaking my PC. The Malus on foot only appeared while holding a bow for me, however if they were to run over a server transition and no check for removal of the deficit that would be problematic. Unarmed horseback Malus was indeed unexpected.

Edit: Okey dokey, so it's only persistent if you wasd the transition rather than clicking, additionally the malus can be removed with a lesser restoration if it gets stuck. (yes this is a problem but you can work around it for the time being.)

This happened again last night. I was riding a steed (warhorse) from radiant heart if that helps narrow it down. While on the horse, I would consistently recieve the malus, but off the horse I would not.

Sorry about that! My fix hasn't gone live yet :(
