This is on PGCC:
If deafening Clang is cast on the character before Bless weapon. You will not get life on hit as per the Oath's perks.
Even if Holy sword is applied on top. None of the


Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
Log into PGCC:
1.Build a paladin with Oath of Perseverance (26 paladin + 4 fighter in this case),
2.Cast Deafening Clang on character,
3.Cast Bless weapon on character,
4.Attack a mob.

Expected result
-----------------------
Gain 5 hp per hit.
(and another 5 hp for holy sword per hit)

Actual result
-------------------
No HP is gained. The combat log does not even show 0's

Misc Notes
----------------
Holy sword follows Bless' initial rules. So if Clang is cast before Bless then adding holy sword will not invore on hit hp.
Casting bless before clang, and holy sword also functions as normal.
