No called shot given on effective level 9 archer path. All the others are working as stated (Wilderness walk/run speed), Woodland stride, bonus ranged damage, revealed wilderness map on revisiting but fails to give Called shot as bonus feat from archer path. Shaman 21/ Ranger 3

Steps to reproduce

Haven't tested if reproducible, will try once I get back home with relevel and see if it will fix the lost feat.

Get Called shot at Effective Archer 9

Description of Bug Experienced:
Forced relevel on a shaman. Level 2 has a feat selection when it shouldn't. Except... it's blank.


Steps to reproduce the Bug:
- Enter Arelith. Get ported to Arelith Entry.
- Level to 2. See the below screen. Cannot proceed.
- CAN, however, hit Recommend. It accepted... something. Didn't show what until I cleared through.
- Finish levelup.



Expected Result:


Actual Result:
- It gave me the feat it recommended: Shield Proficiency. But... um... yeah. See the screenshot.
