On both make and relevel of a cleric/ranger, the is no possibility of taking -path Ranger Totem

Steps to reproduce

Make a cleric/ ranger, utilize -path command on taking appropriate ranger level(s).

Expected result
-----------------------
Ranger Totem path is available.

Actual result
-------------------
Only Archer path populates.

Please elaborate on this. What other ranger paths were you expecting, was it the totem one? Did only the archer path appear for selection?

Apologies, my report had totem in the title, but failed to include it later. Yes, ranger totem seems to be entirely missing during -path(ing) but ranger archer works as intended. Just to verify, I visited relevant FOIG NPCs as well, but they both indicated "you are already one with [FOIG]" even though I had never selected a -path and I held fast at the level it should have yet worked.

Ranger Totem is pretty old, from Mithreas days if I recall. I'm wondering if it is some old, coded restriction, because in the beginning there was some concern about taking multiple paths.
