Gift of subrace and rdd kobolds

evil scaler/kobolt pc that take gift of subrace (-4 str) automatic get an rdd token on creation. They are often inclined to take the red dragon disciple path cause of their link with dragons. Having them spend one of their gifts on gift of subrace, they can then only pick two more.
