Random Spell Failure on Divine Class

Description of Bug Experienced:
Beginning very recently, spells that I cast regularly fail randomly. This includes spells cast from items, wands, spellbook, and even from potions. Sometimes it will be accompanied by a red 'Spell failed!' feedback, and other times not. I am a Paladin/Fighter/Divine Champion.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Largely random. Casting a large number of spells is likely to reproduce it. I have tested with and without armor equipped, with and without shield equipped, on and off horseback, and it has thus far affected:

1) A shield with mage armor uses/day tied to it
2) Wands
3) My paladin spells (namely bless weapon)
4) Potions of cure wounds (of all sizes)

Expected Result:
Divine spellcasters should not be subject to spell failure, and less so from items and potions.

Actual Result:
My spells, items, and potions are subjected to the mechanic.

Additional Information/Notes
A handful of times, I have noticed a yellow 'Spell failure rate 10' in yellow appear in the combat log. How this came about, I can't say.

I noticed after a recent update, playing Ranger, that I am being prompted with 'Spell Failure Rate 0' when casting magic.

I'm not having them interrupted, which I guess matches the prompt, but this is definitely new.

It sounds like you have a 10% chance to fail. Maybe this is related to the cleric update and somehow is bleeding through into other divine classes?

Are you riding a horse without the mounted combat feat?

It happens both on and off of horseback. In my screenshot, I was standing in town in normal clothing, and using a divine wand.

A fix pertaining to the item spell failure is in the pipeline.

If your Paladin spells cast from spellbook still have spell failure even when you’re not mounted, please report here again with as many details as you can. Start from server reset to any server transitions that you can remember or anything that prompt you to dismount.
