Wizard benefits from Cloistered Cleric Path

Im not certain if this is a bug but i noticed it on the PGCC server with my Wizard 27/ Cleric(Cloistered Path) 3, with the Illusion domain cast an arcane spell (from his wizard spell book) "Phantasmal Killer" and "Weird", it seemed to aply the bonus from the Cloistered Path "+1 DC to all Domain Spells".
Should the bonus "+1 DC to all Domain Spells" be applied to the wizard spells as well if they are the same spell as the domain spell for the Cloistered Cleric or is that a bug?
