Please take a screenshot of any spell/feat that you can find that can use an update. Be it typos, changes to class or racial requirements, or outdated descriptions with incorrect functionalities or numbers.

Craft wand feat
description - needs 5 caster levels
reality - needs to be able to cast third level spells - eg my 5 level bard could not take it - but could take it at 8 bard (as could cast third level spell) - my warlock had the option of taking it at level 3 (i didnt try - because it seemed strange)

Take a screenshot of the original feat/spell so it's easier to reference the original wording for editing.
Some effort on everyone's end will help everyone else.
