The daily assassin writ to kill someone in the Underdark's Map Room is not functioning.
Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
Get (un)lucky on the roll to see what area your target is in, then go to the area to see nothing found.
Expected result
-----------------------
You find the target, kill them, and go turn it in.
Actual result
-------------------
The target does not spawn. You don't even get the yellow "Your assassination target must be nearby." text.
