Empty Writ Assigned, Cannot Take 3rd for Limit

I was taking writs in the Underdark, the last page of acceptable writs had only one option. I took this writ. When the conversation reloaded, I tried to return to the top. This instead opened an empty writ. I tried backing out and it returned me to the empty page. When I tried to select return to the top again, it reopened the empty writ and assigned it as accepted (possibly accidental double click). It again opened to the empty page and I couldn't return to the top.
I Escaped out of the conversation and checked my writs. I only had one assigned.
I took an actual second writ by reopening the conversation and taking one from the main page. It didn't allow me to take a third, as the empty one counted against the limit despite not being an actual writ.
Not sure how this will effect how many writs I can take at a time, I will reply to this post tomorrow if one of my slots has been locked out by this null writ.
