Ore Vein Bug in Silver Mines

So there's a single ore vein in the silver mines (First Floor) towards the center of the map that spawns unreachable inside of a wall. It's the only one I've seen, and it only showed up after the ores seemed to have gotten shuffled around in the silver mine.
I'm not sure if this has been reported before or not? But I've been in the mines on multiple occasions and there's just that one ore there, it changes between resets but it's not in line of sight and it's not reachable at all.
It's not a huge deal obviously, but it's mildly irritating, so I thought I'd put out a bug report in the event it's not been reported before.
I'd upload a screen shot of it, but I have no idea how to do so on these forums.
