Ki strike 5 does nothing on unarmed

Seems like ki strike 5 is not adding any AB or damage anymore for unarmed monk. Suspect it may also not be giving +5 enhancement but havent tested enough to confirm.
I have done extensive testing on this with a 26 monk / 4 fighter.
Seems that neither the monk damage bonus nor the Ki Strike +5 feat itself will activate. I have a base 18 wis, which I've releveled and updated to 22, and it still won't activate. The debug line in the combat log even says "Applying Ki Strike 4 bonuses".
This should surely be looked at.
