Election modification

We will file suggestions here that did not make the cut. Don't expect detailed responses, but the most common reasons are:

  • implementing the suggestion is impractical, or too much work for the gain
  • the suggestion is thematically against our design philosophy
  • the suggestion is too detailed/low-level
    Keep your suggestions broad and focused on RP benefits, please, not detailed suggestions of how to fix everything.

Two suggestions! :)

1. Replace the "Election in progress!" OOC server message you get with "Election end in X days"
2. Extend the election time to twice what is now.

Here is why in my humble opinion:
it would create more roleplay and make people able to wait to the very last moment to vote. At the moment i personally just rush to the voting NPC and click on a name i seen somewere before, cause i have no clue when the election end. :idea:
