The First New Cordorian Military Event

...and to the Cordorian Military in general!
Huge kudos first off to Vice Chancellor Estelle Misthollow for planning and organizing the event, the Military is their baby and it really shows. Feeling included as part of a group is huge for the health of a faction, especially one that is meant to be as accessible for joining as the Military, so an event designed to give everyone and opportunity to meet-and-greet as well as time in the spotlight to show off characters' personalities, how they think, and what they bring to the table for the faction is exactly the kind of event the new Military needs!
Breaking things down a bit more...
Estelle's quiz was a really fun and engaging way for all of our characters to flex their knowledge and interpretation of the law as well as help straighten out any common misconceptions or misinterpretations. Shout-out to Ayra for bringing decades of experience with law enforcement and interpretation to the discussions and to Dagravayne Fein for the wonderfully blunt responses and hilarious running commentary on everything.
The mock de-escalation afterward was hilarious and a lot of fun to see how our fellow soldiers would handle a confrontation in real time, huge kudos to Ginny Fairlen and Alara Gald for planning that out and the hilarious portrayal! Shout-out to Eddard for immediately jumping in and taking charge of the situation (and particularly the reveal that he had no idea that it was fake), and to Ayra once again for the quick thinking with the counterspells!
Distributing the supplies to everyone was a cherry on top, great as always to get some material support to feel like your character's efforts are appreciated. Kudos to Najih for gathering the supplies to distribute to the troops!
Getting interrupted mid-event to go deal some quick justice could have been a messy fiasco, but kudos to everyone involved for making things work and showing off the discipline and strength of the new Military! And on a personal level, a shout-out to Trick Debonair for, as always, having the most punchable face on Arelith.
Finally, a huge shout-out to everyone who was involved, in whole or in part, with the event! Gonna try and list everyone's names here but there's a good chance I'll miss some, please don't feel left out if I do (or if I get your name wrong!), all of my RP with the Military has been a blast and I appreciate each and every one of you for making it as fun as it's been. So in no particular order...
