Greyport District Temple Altar/Servant issues

Hello! Recently, my Cleric has become the owner of the Temple in the Greyport district of Andunor. The character is a full cleric, and I have consecrated the altar twice and waited a couple resets. The Altar has become Un-Consecrated (not desecrated, just not consecrated) after reset, and the Servant of X is still representing the wrong deity.
The character is a Cleric of Velsharoon, and thus is consecrating the Altar to Velsharoon, but the Servant is not changing, and the Altar is not maintaining its consecration over resets.
I have seen that a similar issue happened a bit back with a temple in Guldorand. I did not see a final post on that bug report as to what the issue or fix ended up being. I appreciate any help that can be provided.
