First, I'd like to mention that I love the new paths for Paladin, they're pretty amazing. One nice thing is that they really seem to reward going deeper into Paladin (with Epic Oath bonus hitting at level 26 or so) which means that many paladins are getting a couple of epic bonus feats.

However, the Epic Bonus Feat list is a bit underwhelming.

armor skin, epic prowess, epic reputation, epic toughness, epic weapon focus, great smiting, improved combat casting, overwhelming critical, perfect health, planar turning

I'd love to see "Greater Spell Focus" added to the list, considering that Rangers have it on their bonus feat list, and are about the same level of caster as Paladins. (Actually worse, Paladins have cantrips). I think this would open up some builds, because currently pretty much all of the bonuses are based around hitting with your weapon or being more survivable. It'd be nice to have some room to play with Greater Trans, Greater Abj, etc. to make better use of your spellcasting.

Ah, Greater Spell Focus was deliberately removed as an option because it'd also be available pre-epic, which would break the feat-based path selection. So unfortunately it's not coming back! :(

Any chance of throwing something kinda utility in there for those of us who are trying not to be the "wrecking ball" type of character? I'd love to see Scribe Scroll, Craft Wand, or even Brew Potion, just something to help us get that T3 Dweomercrafting... or really anything to use in Bonus that isn't a direct connection to "Smack things harder or better" or "Get smacked less often". Also, I noticed that Extra Smiting isn't available on the list... is that an oversight, or expected and planned?

Basically I can't put any pre-epic feat on this list as it'd then also appear as a "path feat" option at level 6. If you have any ideas for epic feats that could be added, I'm happy to consider them :)

Epic Skill Focus (all but X/Y/Z)?

I pick that quite a lot on bards and rogues for various shenanigans.

The list could be just Epic Weapon Focus and Armor Skin. I wouldnt notice the difference.

If you're wanting to take a general feat on a bonus feat, consider swapping them around. Epic prowess at 23, armor skin at 26, you can then use the 24, 27, 30 for general feats as you desire.

Assuming you're taking ewf at 21.
