Insightful Strike/Temporary Enhancement Bonus Interaction Issue

Description of Bug Experienced:
When a temporary enhancement bonus from a spell such as Bless Weapon or Blade Thirst is applied to a weapon with a higher permanent damage bonus, Insightful Strike uses the temporary bonus to determine the modified damage bonus, even if it's lower.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Apply Bless Weapon to a Masterly Damask weapon, and equip to add Insightful Strike damage.
Expected Result:
Bonus Piercing Damage should be 6 (from Masterly Damask) + INT Modifier
Actual Result:
Bonus Piercing Damage is 1 (from Blade Thirst Enhancement) + INT Modifier
