Ongoing Crafting Recipe Errors and Concerns (edited)

Expected Result:
Recipes for Arcane Focus (Wizard) and Arcane Focus (Sorcerer) should include Initiate's Conduit (Wizard) and Initiate's Conduit (Sorcerer) respectively
Actual Result:
Recipe instead shows Wizard's Staff and Sorcerer's Staff

Poison: Stonefinger Toxin, ID 1727 is currently set to a DC of 150 and craft points of 200.
Unsure if this is a bug as well or intentional, but as all the other herbalism recipes for seeds/bushes are between 120 and 160 craft points, Seed (Yarrow), ID 1376 is set to only 12 craft points.
Poison: Elemental Rime, ID 927, the recipe says Strychnine Seeds, but no other recipe includes specifically Strychnine Seeds, only Strychnine. Seeing as there is a recipe for Seed (Strychnine), this is unclear as to what it means.
Both Mystic staves, IDs 1553 and 1554, also include "Tribal Staff" in their recipe, instead of what I assume is supposed to be the Hermetic totem.
The Chosen's Staff, ID 1556, also still names the Concordiant Branch instead of Favored's Rod
These numbers/recipes are taken from the crafting website, which to my understanding is directly fed from the craft system.
