Spellsword changes.

I had been playing my rogue for the last year, hadn't touched my spellsword, he had basically hit a lull at 19th.
But. I was intrigued by the new system for the registry contracts, I thought to myself, it is time to bring him back in.


(I should add here, I had to relevel him... three times, twice because of the server resetting.)


One... I love the changes. I love that imbued weapons no longer use up spells... that took a minute to figure out.

Was bummed the 20 or so wands I had were not usable... but I sold em and bought ones I could use.

I feel that adventuring alone, as I have done with both characters for almost the entire time, is no longer an option... which opens up more role-playing, less hack and slash... something I kind of gave up on early.. simply because my Characters were not all that compatible with others.

But as I have played them, and their personalities have grown... they are more of what I intended in the first place, but had a hard time playing.

But know, with my expectations of what I want them to be more focused, and the game working to make it easier to allow my chosen behavior.

I can't give the developers enough credit... both in the game mechanics, and atmosphere.

Arelith is truly a living game.
