I tried to apply Bless Weapon scrolls to my weapon but it doesn't seem to be working. No effect is applied, both VFX or additional damage.

Doing a bit of testing I have discovered the following:

1. Bless Weapon scroll on main hand does not work
2. When equipping another weapon to offhand, Bless Weapon scrolls works on offhand

Temporary work around:

Equip another weapon, gathering tool into mainhand, then actual weapon into off hand. The Bless Weapon effect will then apply to the weapon and you can use it as per normal.

Fix in the pipeline. The check for whether a weapon is currently blessed was erroneously reporting all non-bronze weapons as blessed, so the script was always trying to apply the buff to the offhand.

In to report, the Bless weapon spell is also affected by this bug when cast innately, its not just the scrolls

I gotta say I didn't think this was a bug, but it explains a lot
