Talos hates fixtures - Bug Report

Description
==========
Fixtures broken by lightning strikes from the weather do not auto-repair. This is especially problematic on some maps, as the incidence of lightning is higher in some locations. I've lost a fixture per day, on average, since moving to the area near Crow's nest due to lightning strikes, and it's getting old.

If Talos could stop breaking my stuff, or if I could get a lightning rod to distract him from it, that'd be much appreciated.

Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
1. Have fixtures outside where there is weather
2. Fixtures will randomly get hit by lightning strike

Expected result
-----------------------
Fixtures hit by lightning strikes will break (some will leave remains, some will be vaporised), and on server reset both will be restored, as they were not damaged by a PC

Actual result
-------------------
Vaporised items are restored, items that leave remains are not restored

Misc Notes
----------------
Also, it seems that all "remains" of broken fixtures tell you they require 25 points to repair, but after you put in the components it asks for and click to spend your points, it does not charge them?
25 points seems a bit much when some things cost 1 point to make (like cushions). I'm fine with some cost... but it doesn't charge anything other than components and a few clicks, making it rather confusing.

Which Server(s)?

Surface

Gaming Platform(s)?

Windows

I'm looking into this, the fact I'm getting conflicting reports of auto repair working elsewhere seems to indicate something is up.

Also the note on point cost, does seem weird to pay gratuitously more than a craft, I'll look at this.

When I was saying it worked, I mean it used too/that's how its supposed to work. I haven't been active to see if recent changes have effected it.
