It's well known that elves let Non-elves into Myon on and off... Perhaps a speedy with about two guards on either side of him sitting in the far side of the reverie drinking wine? I'm pretty sure all of Myon would let a speedy in at this point. He can be taking sanctuary because he almost got killed for delivering a message! That or perhaps a little area down portal with a speedy? I mean we have tons of beggars why not a speedy.
