Feedback on Sea Writs and Underwater Areas

Hello! Just a few small bits of feedback from exploration of sea-floor areas!

1) Placeables and in reused areas! - This just seems like a very odd thing, to allow placeables in the areas, when the areas are being used repeatedly by -different- zones. Not had any issues with it spawning and moving events, monsters, and resource nodes... but its very odd to experience the same "chair" someone leaves down there or Fern. Doing a bit of sailing, I came across the same placeable in 7 different areas that someone dropped. Really a good use to keep the area number down, but the placeables just make it a very odd interaction when you diving in different quadrants. Also it doesn't even always use the same map for even the same area.

Also, wanted to make known that it'd be nice to have some sort of way of telling for 'special placables' that can be found to know that they are meant as reward, and not something someone placed down there, to better cover the "Be Nice" rule.

2) Also I'm unsure if it is not functioning at all, or does function properly. But I've had poor interactions with the "Lost Cargo" Event. Using the placable seems to do nothing, and bashing it as a last resort seems to do nothing. Several times there was no change in the ships cargo. Then recently I found the Seeker ship had Food and Metal in it after interaction with these.

That would be great if you can pick this up, if that's what happened! However, there is nothing you can do with the cargo in question. The Dockmaster only buys treasure, and the cargo buying only functions with the Writ System. Ended up having to dump it.

3) Also to note on the Writ System, it doesn't actually seem to modify the Settlements resources. So they are paying for the writ reward without actually having any benefit, at least for Cordor issued writs.

Would be nice to be able to donate/sell any recovered cargo to the city of choice. Can also confirm that -trade writs for at least Cordor were not working at the time of last testing, unsure if there has been any updates regarding that .

You can get rid of that cargo on some docks if you don’t have a writ for it. Don’t want to spoil it, but it’s possible.

Having a way for respectable sailors to sell or donate recovered cargo would be nice. As it stands now your only option is to dump it at sea.

Expanding on that, being able to do trading without having to track down a settlement leader to issue trade writs would be even nicer, especially if, say, settlements offered different prices on goods. It would then perhaps even be possible to do intra-settlement trading.

Its actually already possible to do intra-settlement trading as far as the stockpile resources go, however most settlements have this on price lockdown / non-viable because of how easy it can be to manipulate and ruin alot of effort. Its -alot- of work to keep stockpiles up to their quota. The ability for the settlement leader to delegate writs would be amazing, if its not already a thing. I'd also like to see more opportunities for trading, rather than just being a city-stockpile need thing!

As of 4-23, trade writs done with Cordor still don't seem to be working properly either. You can set them up, select the resources, collect the cargo, and get paid, but the resources don't get added to the stockpiles for Cordor. Attempted with 100 units of stone writ.
