Selling to the peddler sometimes glitches or resets when someone else speaks to the peddler while you are in the store page
Stats: Appraise 49 + buffs
Steps to reproduce
Step 1: Buff up Stats to Max (Int potions, Good Hope Wand, change gear to appraise gear)
Step 2: Haggle with the Merchant to an appropriate price (~680gp)
Step 3: Sell the items in small stacks to optimize the amount of coin returned from each sell (Ex. 1 Healing Draught)
Step 4: Observe the Peddler's selling price and sell.
Step 5: Take note of what money you received in the combat log - Usually from experience, combat log is correct.
Step 6: Some random low appraise person speaks to the peddler without you closing the shop on your side. Note: This random person is not affiliated with you by party, or faction. A complete stranger.
Step 7: Observe the Peddler's selling price and sell.
Step 8: Take note of the money you received, and look at the combat log for price he bought it for - Usually if low appraise person talks to the peddler without you closing the shop window, it will drop your price max/ceiling down to the person (The way we found that fixes this bug is to exit out of the shop, retalk, and resell)
Expected result
No matter if a random unpartied person talks to the peddler, the price he is buying it remains constant without needing to refresh.
Actual result
Random stranger talks to peddler while you are still in his shop will result in your price reducing to the other person resulting lost in profit
