Fishing Loot Table Mildly Borked

Description of Bug Experienced:
Sometimes, when fishing or butchering fish, the loot information in the server window will not match up to what is actually granted as loot. Either the wrong item is given, or the item is not given at all.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Fish a lot, and butcher up Crimson Crawlers(?), until you draw bugged fishing loot.

Expected Result:
Two things I've noticed:
1) Sometimes I will catch a "copper necklace"
2) Sometimes, when butchering a Crimson Crawler, I will be told that I found an iron fish hook

Actual Result:
1) No copper necklace ever gets added to my inventory, despite my inventory definitely not being full.
2) The iron fish hook yields a Damask fish hook instead of an Iron Hook, which is separate from actually finding a Damask Fish Hook under the shell which properly yields a Damask hook.

Screenshot(s)
Didn't save any.

Additional Information/Notes
These bugs are encountered using a simple fishing rod and bug jar bait while fishing in the ponds on the Cordor Northern Outskirts & Farmlands maps.

Did the necklace get added to the jewelry box.

The fish hook thing is a known bug. Iron hooks stack on and convert to damask hooks, whether crafted, purchased or looted.

I don't have a jewelry box.

Just saw this. Adding it to my list of things to double check. Very strange!

Copper rings are affected, too.
