Movement speed of character ("Hilideblode") reduced to walking, despite not being encumbered. Stealth or detect mode does not further reduce movement speed.

Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
Permanent effect- steps to reproduce unknown. Effect started after completing Cordor to Brogendenstein courier contract and movement reduction persisted. Movement speed then reappeared a different day, after using headbag and placing a leader head inside (still not encumbered at any point). Effect persists up to time of posting, including between crossing from Surface to Cordor server.

Expected result

Movement speed should be as normal.

Actual result
-------------------
Movement speed permanently but unexpectedly and inconsistently reduced to walking speed. Stealth and detect does not further change speed.

Use of portals not forbidden whilst movement speed is reduced by the bug.

Have you tried using -alwayswalk and -naturalwalk commands to toggle those on and off and see if it helps?
