As someone who enjoys catering RP to an unhealthy degree, the new food recipes are just phenomenal. They have singlehandedly solved the biggest problem of only having a very small number of edible items that could be renamed/redescribed to the cool dishes we wanted to serve. Stacking concerns are way less of a concern, we can lay out interesting-looking tables...and while we can still customize the items, the base descriptions and sprites are delicious-looking.

Yes, until I find time to create new merchants for the various new additions, they will show up (albeit in small numbers) in crates and barrels.

I love opening crates and barrels... For random things. And I think they are fine as is.

I know it may be trivial to others but to me, when I found these new items, it was such a delight. I dont recall having this much excitement anymore finding Mithril Dust from a chest... I dont usually read updates and so when I found these new food items in game it is such a nice surprise.

I am most pleased that it's a well received update. It's been long over due as you all know and there are yet more exciting things to come. Although not necessarily food related.

What Starfish said: "More coming, but probably not food!"
What I am taking from it: "DEFINITELY MORE FOOD COMING. COOKIES, CAKES, SALMON SANDWICHES!"

They're really cute, but I wish they were more on-par with food rations so it doesn't feel like a waste making them outside of catering for specific special occasions. A lot of what I've seen just burns a lot of materials to restore 5% Food - Fruit Medley turns 120% Food into 3x 10% food items.

But also, really cute and I like them still.
