Small Ritual Circle Bug?

Description
==========
It would seem that when I placed a crystal ball on top of a ritual circle in my home, the game considered the crystal ball as going over the fixture limit in spite of it being nowhere close, and deleted the orb on my next visit.

Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
Placing a crystal ball on top of a ritual circle (specifically, the small/red ritual circle).

Expected result
-----------------------
The orb to simply sit atop the circle and look good.

Actual result
-------------------
The orb being considered over fixture limit and deleted.

Misc Notes
----------------
This is speculation, as I noticed it after making a second orb after the first was deleted and placing it on the circle. Curiously, when putting the orb down first and then the circle underneath, this issue doesn't occur.

Which Server(s)?
------------------------
Guldorand

Gaming Platform(s)?
------------------------------
PC

When items are placed in the *identical* position, only one can be saved. The other is deleted.

For that reason, never drop fixtures in the same spot.

This is why it happens - two things cannot exist in the exact same co-ordinates.

Wow, this is good to know, I didn't know that. I've run into this bug before and had no idea what caused it.
