Spellswords unable to own property in the Arcane Tower

Spellswords do not get the option to buy available quarters in the Arcane Tower.
Steps to reproduce
----------------------------
Be a Spellsword. Find an available quarter.
Expected result
-----------------------
You get an option to buy the quarter or bid on it.
Actual result
-------------------
You do not get any options.

The quarters are only purchasable by arcane classes. I assume Spellswords did not get added to that list yet as they are rather new.
