With the aim of making bug fixing a more expedient and precise process it is recommended that you share as many details as possible in your report, so that the team can more easily identify exactly what the bug is and if possible how to reproducing it in testing (which is instrumental in fixing it). Everything in the code checks out and it seems to behave as expected on my end, how are you able to tell that it's only 10 CL? If it's the message telling you "this spell was cast at X CL", that doesn't determine summon level. That's determined in another script. But this could be an issue with bard CL not stacking with dirgesinger.
